Payment and Shipping for Merchandise
因應國際航空貨運規定,目前販售及寄送至海外地區之商品只包括牌卡、桌布、手工線香/竹香/塔香完成品,並未包括製香材料 (粉末) 及能量油 (液體),敬希見諒。
Due to international regulations about cargos by freight, for overseas order we cannot ship parcels which contain power (e.g raw incense materials) or liquid (e.g oil blends). Thank you for your acknowledgement and understanding.

How to shop
購物時,請電郵欲購入之商品頁連結至 nes.tarot@gmail.com;我們會以電郵向您發送報價單 (invoice),再提示您接下來如何付款。在收到我們回覆訂單及確認貨存前,請稍安勿躁,不必急於馬上付款喔!
港幣付款:付款方式包括銀行/ ATM 轉帳、FPS (轉數快)、PayMe 及 PayPal。選擇以 PayPal 付款時,我們將收取商品價格以外之額外 6%,作為商品處理費用。
使用 PayPal 付款:外幣兌匯率以報價當日計算。我們將收取商品價格以外之額外 6%,作為附加匯率及商品處理費用。
Please email us the link(s) of the product(s) and we’ll send you back the invoice, along with payment methods and instructions. Please do not proceed to payment before we confirm the number of stock for you.
An additional charge of [exchange rate and] processing fee (6%) will be added to your order when you pay with PayPal. There will be no extra charge for using the online banking, FPS or PayMe transfer.

香港本地運費:以香港郵政「易寄取 EC-GET」本地寄件為標準服務計算。如需要額外選用掛號、特快寄件或上門派遞服務,請於下單購買時向我們查詢,讓我們預先為您調整報價內容。香港本地的滿額免運消費額為 HKD500。
- 大部份牌卡商品 ▶︎ HKD10|即總重量 500g 以下商品例如普通尺寸塔羅牌、桌布
- 較大件商品 ▶︎ HKD18|即總重量 500g 以上、或邊長達 20cm 之套裝或硬盒 box set 商品

- 郵局掛號、特快或上門派遞 ▶︎ 參考個別類型郵件及郵費試算

海外運費:郵費會因應不同地區而有所不同,我們會於您查詢下訂單時再作說明。海外訂購暫時未有免運費優惠。
- 於海外購買時,您亦等同「進口貨品」;如包裏內容物超過指定價格或重量,則可能需要額外繳付關稅或進口稅等稅項,相關之海關條例及限制於不同地區亦有所不同
- 您需要先行斟酌及負擔與進口稅務、報關文書相關之所有費用
Standard delivery (EC-GET by Hong Kong Post): Postage fee starting from HKD10 for products less than 500g, or HKD18 for box sets or larger products (>20cm). Free shipping when your purchase is over HKD500.
Speed post (Hong Kong): you may use the Hong Kong Post’s postage calculator to check the approximate postage fee. Please see individual product pages for details in size and weight.
SF Express [1]: get your parcel faster using door-to-door delivery and pay with cash (Cash on Delivery, COD).
Overseas delivery: postage fee varies for different regions. In addition, you have to be responsible for the import duties (taxes) when you purchase from overseas. Please check with your region’s customs before you place an order.

使用「貨到付款 (到付)」時,您需要於收取包裏時即場繳付運費予派遞員,亦即有關郵費項目並不會反映於您的商品報價訂單上。速遞上門派件價格會比使用郵局郵箱服務為高;如您的收件地址屬偏遠地區或住宅,您亦需要額外繳付派遞附加費,費用詳情請參考順豐速運官網。另外,我們並不使用順豐一般非特快服務 (即自寄及自取店到店/ 門到店/ 店到門),敬請見諒。When you choose to pay for the postage on the spot when you receive the parcel, only ‘COD’ will be listed on your order’s invoice instead of the actual fee for the delivery. How we deliver
使用香港郵政寄本地:
- 購買前 ▶︎ 參考「領件地點 +」,並於下拉選單中查找您指定的香港郵政「智郵站 iPostal Station」24 小時智慧郵箱 或 郵政局
- 下單購買時 ▶︎ 向 Nes’ Tarot 提供姓名、電話,以及「智郵站 iPostal Station」編號 或 取件郵局之編號與地址
使用順豐速遞 (貨到付款):
- 購買前 ▶︎ 參考順豐官網,先行斟酌貨到付款速遞郵費及收件事宜
- 下單購買時 ▶︎ 向 Nes’ Tarot 提供姓名、電話、收件地址
- 請確保地址正確無誤!
⚠️ 本地收貨時:
- 寄送至「智郵站」郵件 ▶︎ 須於領件短訊發送後 48 小時內領取;請密切留意手機短訊領件通知,至指定地點取件,尤其注意是否有被其他廣告 SMS 淹沒
- 寄送至郵局之郵件 ▶︎ 須於領件短訊發送後 3 個工作天內領取 (即不包括領件短訊發出當日)
- 需要更改郵箱或郵局取件地點時 ▶︎ 可參考香港郵政有關更改領件地點之說明
- 順豐貨到付款件 ▶︎ 密切留意派件通知或派遞員來電,包裹最快可於確認訂單 (即確認付款) 之後約 36 小時左右送達上門
寄海外:
- 寄件方式與郵費會因應不同地區而有所不同,我們會於您查詢下訂單時再作說明
- 所有寄海外的包裏,均有可能被海關檢查,Nes’ Tarot 無法控制因為關口檢查而做成的包裏送遞延誤,敬希見諒
環保包裝:愛護地球叔叔,我們會以乾淨環保物料仔細保護及包裹您的訂購商品。如需額外使用禮盒包裝,請於下訂單時向我們查詢。
Local delivery: search and assign your collection point – iPostal Station kiosk or Hong Kong Post Office. Inform us 1. the location code of the kiosk or the post office, along with 2. recipient’s name and 3. recipient’s mobile phone number.
SF Express (COD): check in advance for the cost of the delivery from SF Express; inform us the recipient’s 1. address, 2. name and 3. mobile phone number. Please double confirm the typo on your address before you hit ‘send’ on your mail (and we’ll do this too 😉
⚠️ Receiving your order (in Hong Kong): please pay attention to SMS notification from the Hong Kong Post for postage pick-up. Check here if you need to change your pick up location.
Overseas delivery: delivery method varies for different regions. Nes’ Tarot is not responsible for the possible delay in the delivery when your parcel(s) is (are) being inspected by the customs. Thank you for your acknowledgement and understanding.
Recycled packaging: your order will be carefully wrapped and protected with recycled packaging and materials. Please inform us when you prefer a gift box wrapping in your order placement (additional fees apply).

Deferring your delivery
Nes’ Tarot 的出貨日為確認付款後的 24~36 小時內、逢星期一至五 (非公眾假期) 辦公時間;使用郵局「易寄取 EC-GET」服務時,郵件會在投寄日後的 2 個工作天內就送達指定收件地點,並需要於 48 小時內 (智慧郵箱) 或 3 個工作天內 (郵局) 完成取件。
如您預計未能於確認訂單 (即確認付款) 之後大約 4~5 天內前往取件,您可以在下訂單時標註「預計最快可取件日」,讓我們為您延後出貨時間,以配合您順利及時取得郵件。
Let us explain this…
We ship your order(s) during our office hours from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), within 24~36 hours after verifying your payment. Your parcel will arrive in 2 working days at your assigned pick-up point, either postal kiosk or post office, with another 48 hours (kiosk) or 3 working days (post office) for picking up.
In short: you must pick up your parcel in 4~5 days after you’ve placed the order, and it cannot stay in the kiosk or the post office for long. 🤔
Our solution: you can remind us your ‘Earliest Pick-up Date’ when you place your order, so we can defer the shipment to match your schedule. 😁

Postal 404 🤖
等了又等:如您在預定收件期過後仍然未收到郵件,請即與我們聯絡。
無法投遞:地址不正確、找不到收件人、郵件無人認領時,您的訂單將退回 Nes’ Tarot。
重新寄出:我們會以電郵與您聯絡,處理重新送件安排;您需要再次繳付商品運費,以及退回包裏時衍生的附加費用 (包括郵務及包裝)。
拒收郵件:因任何事由而拒絕收件時 (包括海外收件拒繳關稅等問題),無論您是否已經繳付郵費,我們均不會再度寄出拒收過之訂單,而我們並不能保證您可以獲得退款。有關退款或換貨詳情,可閱讀「使用條款及私隱聲明 > 付款及退換貨」部份。
No-show: please contact us if your parcel goes missing after the expected arrival period.
Undeliverable order: your order will be returned to Nes’ Tarot if your address is incorrect, the recipient’s name unmatched or unknown, or the delivery remains unclaimed.
Re-delivery: the customer (buyer) needs to pay for all costs of returning postage, repackaging, re-delivery, and any derived additional cost.
Rejected parcel: we will not repost rejected orders and cannot guarantee refunds when a parcel is being rejected for any reason, e.g, overseas duties issue. For further details please refer to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy > Refunds and exchanges.
